These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and merryjili ("merryjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the merryjili website located at https://merryjili.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on merryjili. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your merryjili account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify merryjili immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. merryjili will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal details, including your registered address or payment method, must be reported to merryjili promptly. merryjili reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.

merryjili accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

merryjili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. merryjili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction;
• Deposits are credited to your merryjili account in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱);
• merryjili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• Deposits are generally credited instantly; delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside merryjili's control.

merryjili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests on merryjili are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during business hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days to reflect in your account;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard;
• merryjili reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

merryjili processes withdrawal requests in good faith and within commercially reasonable timeframes. However, merryjili shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All bets placed on merryjili are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

General betting rules applicable across all merryjili products include:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player;
• merryjili reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error;
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface;
• merryjili reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or series of bets at its sole discretion;
• In the event of a disputed outcome, merryjili's decision shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or any bet that merryjili has reasonable grounds to believe was placed in bad faith or in collusion with other players, will be voided and the associated account suspended.

merryjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated;
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise;
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash;
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the merryjili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any merryjili game or system;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any merryjili software or system;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing merryjili staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the merryjili Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of merryjili or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any merryjili content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of merryjili intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, merryjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your merryjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

merryjili shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit merryjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

merryjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

Upon termination of your account for cause, merryjili reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your merryjili account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and merryjili that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

merryjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, merryjili will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the merryjili Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
